I know what it’s like to feel out of balance, out of shape, and out of confidence in the saddle — because I’ve been there myself.

I am a mom of six, as well as an equestrian athlete who returned to the show ring after a 25 year hiatus. I am also a woman who’s rebuilt her fitness from the ground up more than once, which means I understand the unique physical
and mental demands riding
